Proposed Honor: Great American Leader for Peace & Prosperity
The Peace Train intends to extend a special invitation to President Donald J. Trump in recognition of his administration’s diplomatic initiatives, conflict-resolution efforts, and stated commitment to ending wars and advancing peace through strength.
The proposed recognition would provide an opportunity to highlight the administration’s claims of helping resolve or halt eight international conflicts, examine the outcomes of those diplomatic efforts, and celebrate the importance of American leadership in advancing international stability.
Presidential participation and acceptance of the proposed honor have not been confirmed.
We envision this recognition as part of a broader celebration of American and international leaders whose contributions demonstrate the power of diplomacy, innovation, and cooperation to create lasting peace.

A central highlight of the evening will be the presentation of The Peace Force, a proposed national peace innovation and diplomacy initiative designed to strengthen America’s leadership in preventing conflict, advancing strategic cooperation, and investing in solutions that create lasting prosperity.
The Peace Train and The Peace Pledge Foundation will introduce a bold policy proposal:

Investing in Peace as a Strategic National Priority
We propose that the United States consider allocating funding equivalent to 2% of the annual defense budget toward strategic peacebuilding, diplomacy, conflict prevention, and innovation, subject to appropriate government review, authorization, and appropriations.
This investment would support initiatives including:
✨ Peace technologies and dual-use innovation
✨ Artificial intelligence for diplomacy and conflict prevention
✨ Media, storytelling, and cultural diplomacy
✨ Humanitarian innovation and global health
✨ Ocean and Earth regeneration
✨ Economic cooperation and sustainable prosperity

✨ Peace education, leadership, and community development
Our vision is to establish peace innovation as a strategic priority that complements national security, strengthens American leadership, and generates measurable economic and humanitarian value.
The Peace Force will be presented as a proposed initiative for consideration and collaboration, not as an existing U.S. government department or authorized federal program.

We will also invite visionary leaders, family offices, corporations, philanthropists, and institutions to explore committing 2% of relevant profits, investment allocations, or philanthropic budgets toward initiatives that advance peace and prosperity.
