Accidental Counsellor

​Healthy Heads in Trucks & Sheds, in collaboration with Lifeline Australia, have tailored Accidental Counsellor training to support workers in transport, warehousing and logistics. This evidence-informed training includes transport-specific scenarios and uses Lifeline’s Recognise, Respond and Refer model.

​Lifeline delivers accredited and non-accredited education and training programs focusing on building resilience, suicide awareness and prevention.

• ​Demonstrate key communication skills

• ​Apply strategies for de-escalating anger
