​A special write-to-heal-heartache workshop for those navigating difficult or challenging “love" relationships.

​The make meaning writing workshop helps us actively choose individual transformation over obsessive relationship fixing. 

​This ONLINE workshop may be for you if:

​- You have either been in or are currently in a consistently challenging relationship with a primary partner.

​- You are exploring the impact of past relationships so that you can remain conscious and loyal to your own integrity and emotional balance.

​Join Alexandra Vassilaros, Pulitzer finalist and Make Meaning Workshop Founder for this safe and boundaried session where we practice writing, reading and deep-listening to shift our perspective, reclaim our energy and discover more about ourselves and the ways we can grow and heal after our relationship choices harm or hijack us.

​Absolutely no writing experience is necessary to participate.
