Free Studio Time @ Pirate

​This is part of the Studios For All Fund, powered by Foot Locker in partnership with Studios for all and Pirate studios, giving every Summer Circuit member access to free studio time at Pirate Studios.

​How it works:

1. ​Head to pirate.com and hit "Book a Studio" to see what's available - pick your location, date, time and studio type (rehearsal, DJ, recording, podcast or dance)

2. ​Register on this page with those details - don't book or pay on Pirate's site yourself, we'll place the booking on YAAD's account.

3. ​We aim to confirm bookings within 24 hours, so please submit your request at least 4 days before the date you want.

4. ​We'll forward you the confirmation email once it's booked.

​Your allocation: up to 4 hours of free studio time this summer. Need more? Tell us why in the form and we'll see what we can do. We'll review this allowance in September once we've seen how it's being used across the community.

​Please read before applying:

• ​You must have read and agree to Pirate's House Rules. Breaking these rules (smoking/vaping, drugs, leaving the studio in a bad state, etc.) may result in fines, and those fines will be passed on to you personally, not covered by YAAD.

• ​You can cancel or change your booking at any time up until 24 hours before your session by replying to your confirmation email. This gives us time to process the change. If you cancel or change within 24 hours of your session starting, the studio cost will be passed on to you, as we won't be able to release the slot in time.

• ​Repeated or serious rule breaks may result in loss of your YAAD membership, with no refund.

• ​As part of this programme, we're required to collect some anonymous demographic data for our funders (Foot Locker / Studios For All).
