In this breathwork session, we’ll work directly with fear, uncertainty, and the nervous system’s grip on control. Using conscious connected breath, we’ll release tension, soften resistance, and help the body shift out of survival mode.
This session supports those who feel overwhelmed, stuck in indecision, or exhausted from overthinking. When the body lets go, clarity follows naturally — without force.

How to Prepare
Find a quiet, comfortable space where you will not be disturbed
Use headphones if possible for a more immersive experience
Have a yoga mat, blanket, or comfortable surface to lie down on
Wear loose, comfortable clothing
Keep water nearby
Avoid a heavy meal at least 1 to 2 hours before the session
Allow yourself to fully unplug for the experience
