​About The Jollof Club

​The Jollof Club is a celebration of West African flavor, diaspora creativity, and Amsterdam’s cultural heartbeat — where food becomes a way to tell stories, honor heritage, and build community.

​Created by Nicolas Aquaa and Bunmi Okolosi, The Jollof Club blends West African family recipes with contemporary culinary techniques inspired by Michelin-starred kitchens and Nicolas’ travels through Nigeria, Ghana, and London. Expect vibrant dishes like suya, puff-puff, and of course jollof rice — all rooted in tradition while cooking boldly forward.
