Memorial Ruck March

​Load up your pack. We're marching.

​On May 24th from noon to 4 pm, we're taking a guided walk from the Brooklyn War Memorial, across the Brooklyn Bridge, and through Battery Park, stopping at memorials along the way to learn the history behind the names carved in stone.

​Participants are encouraged to stuff their rucks (backpacks) with nonperishable food items and carry the weight through the full route. At the end, we will donate everything to veteran shelters for our homeless members, then sit down together for a community meal.

​Veterans, service members, families, and allies (including the general public) are welcome to join us.
