About Event
Ready to run without racing? She Re:Run is back for our 10th gathering, and we're keeping it deliciously slow. We're talking 4–5 km at a 7:30-8:30 min/km pace—slow enough to actually chat, catch your breath, and remember why moving your body should feel good, not like torture. Walk breaks aren't just allowed, they're normalized. This run is designed around the reality that women's bodies work in cycles, not straight lines, and movement should honor that instead of fighting it.
Whether this is your first run club or your fiftieth. First-timers especially welcome, we promise no one's getting left behind.
This space is for menstruating humans and those identifying as women. Lace up, show up exactly as you are, and let's move together.
