Men's Morning Walk
An hour's walk'n'talk with other men before the week starts.
We start walking at seven sharp, do a full loop of Frederiksberg Have and Søndermarken, and finish by eight, with the whole day still ahead of you.
We walk in all weather as long as it's safe, so dress for it.

Why walking, and why Monday morning?
Movement and fresh air first thing is a solid start to the day, and mixing that with good company and meaningful conversations makes it even better. We'll walk in pairs, and I'll bring question cards we can draw at random to help worthwhile conversations happen.

Who is hosting this?
I'm Freddy, and I run Foundry, a brotherhood in the making. We bring good, driven men together in Copenhagen for everything from morning walks, to saunagus and weekends in nature, to make room for the conversations that don't happen by default.
