Reimagining Black Excellence: Pathways for Success for Black Neurodiverse Youth and Families
Success looks different for everyone.
Join us as we explore community supports, collective care, systems navigation, future planning, and how families can help youth define success on their own terms.
Together we will discuss practical resources, community connections, and ways to strengthen support networks for Black neurodivergent youth.
About Rooted Together
Parenting a neurodivergent child can feel overwhelming, especially when navigating school systems, diagnoses, accommodations, advocacy, cultural expectations, and finding the right supports.
Rooted Together is a welcoming monthly community space created for Black parents, caregivers, guardians, and family members raising neurodivergent youth.
Together, we will explore practical advocacy tools, educational supports, disability confidence, emotional wellness, and community resources while building meaningful connections with other families who understand the journey.
Whether your child is diagnosed, awaiting assessment, self-identified, or you are simply looking for support and information, you are welcome here.
