About Event
Join Adrienne on 4th Mondays for a Community Flow. This is a power flow yoga class towards vibes, being and authenticity. Every body is welcome. Know you might be challenged in ways that surprise you.
Right now this is a pay what you can class. The suggested fee is $10 via cashapp ($adrienneleetaylor). But, community is prioritized.
If you feel alignment, come as you are.
