About your host:
Clodagh is the founder of CRAOI and a wellbeing advocate. She is a certified health & wellness coach and is trained as an Ashtanga, Hatha, Yin and Restorative Yoga Teacher. Her teachings focus on supporting our nervous system through grounded practices including meditation, breathwork, movement and more. She is passionate about sharing proven practices and tools that support our wellbeing, boost our mood and help us to navigate our busy lifestyles.
