​On the evening of September 16, Mila Ventures and Espace CDPQ invite you to a private cocktail dinner aboard Le Bateau-Mouche — an invitation-only evening for a select group of investors, alongside the scientists and founders building the next generation of AI-native companies.

​Most of our guests, AI leaders from here and abroad, are already in the city for ALL IN. This is the night to step off the conference floor and into a smaller room: an evening on the St. Lawrence River with the people building — and backing — the frontier of AI.

​Deep tech is where many of the defining companies of the next decade will be built, and it is the hardest place to invest well. Mila Ventures turns world-class research into venture-scale companies through its Venture Scientist model. Over dinner, you'll see how we do it, hear a candid conversation on the craft of investing in deep tech, and get an early look at a selection of the strongest startups coming out of our pipeline — before the broader market meets them.

​And it will be a night worth being in the room for: golden hour on the river, a festive room, a DJ, and food and cocktails to match the company.

​Date: Wednesday, September 16, 2026
Boarding: 6:30 PM — welcome cocktails aboard
Departure: 7:00 PM sharp — the boat leaves the dock with guests aboard. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated.
On the river: 7:00 – 9:00 PM
Docking: 9:00 PM — the evening continues aboard. Guests are welcome to stay until close, or disembark from 9:00 PM for an early night.
Evening ends: 10:00 PM
Location: Le Bateau-Mouche, Old Port of Montreal — Jacques-Cartier Pier
Attire: Cocktail

​This is an invitation-only gathering. Invitations are NON-TRANSFERABLE — seats cannot be reassigned to a colleague.

​Capacity aboard is strictly limited. Because this is a boat, seats are finite and fill quickly — we have far less flexibility than a venue on land. Please confirm within 7 days of receiving your invitation; unconfirmed invitations release to the waitlist once we reach capacity.
