Pause for Menopause
Several of you told us you wanted this one. So here it is.
Menopause touches almost everyone in this community — either directly, or through someone you love. And yet most of us were never given a straight answer about what's actually happening, what's normal, or what to do when a doctor says "your labs look fine" and you know something is off.
Pause for Menopause is an interactive panel conversation built around exactly that gap.
You'll walk away with:
A clear understanding of how hormones shift at every life stage — perimenopause through menopause and beyond
Real strategies across the full menu, both medical and non-medical, so no one leaves thinking it's estrogen-or-nothing
The tools to be your own health advocate when you're being brushed aside
One concrete thing to do this week
Partners and spouses are genuinely encouraged to come. This transition shows up in relationships — in mood, in intimacy, in the "is this a midlife crisis?" confusion — and there's a section of the conversation built specifically for the people supporting someone through it.
This is a conversation, not a lecture. Bring your questions. No question is too basic.
Your panel
Dr. Dina Pavilonis — the science of hormonal shifts: what's actually happening in the body, which labs matter, and how to think about the full range of options from lifestyle to medical support. [ADD: her credentials + practice]
Deb Roseberry, MBA, LCSW — the mental health and relationship impact: mood, anxiety, the "am I losing it?" spiral, and what partners most often misread.
Victoria Dorsano (moderator) — health and behavior-change coach, guiding the conversation and covering the nutrition, protein, strength and daily-habit side of this season.
