Elephant in the Valley

​Before Harvey Weinstein and the Me Too Movement was the Ellen Pao Trial.  This trial (in which Ellen sued her employer Kleiner Perkins) pointed a spotlight on gender bias in Silicon Valley. The Elephant In the Valley was a research study that quantified how pervasive gender bias and harassment really were.  Michele, one of our WDAI members, will share some of the findings from this study as well as a follow up survey that was conducted a few years later to see what (if anything) has changed.
