BWI Annual Women's History Brunch: Power, Pathways & Possibilities
2026 Theme: Honoring Women in Alternatives: Power, Pathways & Possibilities
In honor of Women’s History Month, BWI invites you to our annual Women’s Brunch, bringing together women from across the alternative investment ecosystem. As the industry continues to evolve, building a successful and sustainable career requires clarity of vision, access to strong networks, and the confidence to define your own path. This gathering creates space for candid dialogue around career growth, advocacy, and navigating opportunity in a rapidly changing investment landscape.
This year's theme will honor the diverse pathways women take into investing—from traditional leadership roles at leading private equity and alternative asset firms to founders, operators, and cultural leaders who have transitioned into fund builders and capital allocators. Together, we’ll explore how women are shaping the future of alternatives and expanding what power, leadership, and possibility look like in the industry.
Honorary Speakers:
Margaret Anadu, Senior Partner — Vistria Group
Paula Campbell Roberts, Managing Director — KKR
Marcelia Freeman, Managing Director — Clearlake

We look forward to welcoming you for an afternoon of meaningful connection, shared insight, and community.
