EOFY Coffee Pop-up w/ Marshy
Coffee pop-up anyone? Because I need your help.
At the start of 2026 I had grand plans. I was launching a marketing recruitment business for Pointer, and I just knew I had to get more face-to-face. So I quite liberally stole from a smart cookie, and came up with "Coffee Tuesday," and — somewhat ambitiously — set a goal of 100 coffee meets by the end of financial year (30 June 2026).
Here's the help part: I think I'm going to fall short.
The run home through Winter has made closing out the 100 harder than I'd like. My AI says I'm at 79… no wait, 89… no wait, that mistakenly includes the quarterly online chat with Ross (bloody Ross — always ruining things).
So rather than throw in the towel, I'm going to do what any gormless and nefarious recruiter would do and CHEAT.
If you're free between 10:45am and 12:00pm on Tuesday 30 June in Melbourne's CBD — I'll buy you a coffee.
