Introduction:
This is where every journey at Raja Yoga Center begins. Over a series of relaxed, guided sessions, you will explore the nature of thought and identity, learn the basics of open-eyed meditation, and begin building a practice that fits naturally into daily life.
No prior experience is needed. Sessions are gentle, conversational, and free of any dogma or ritual. You will leave each class with a practical tool you can use that same day.
