The Flight You've Been Avoiding
You've read the safety statistics. You know the numbers. And it still doesn't help, because the fear was never built out of information.
Every noise on a flight is a question your brain can't answer, so it fills the gap with the worst thing it can imagine. That thump after takeoff. The change in engine pitch. The wing that visibly flexes. Nobody has ever told you what those actually are, so your body treats each one as evidence.
I'm an A380 Airline Captain. I'll spend the first half of this morning walking you through a flight, minute by minute, every sound, every movement, every sensation, and exactly what's causing it.
Then we do the other half. Because knowing a sound is normal doesn't stop your chest tightening when you hear it. So we work on what's happening in your nervous system, why your body reads safe as dangerous, and what to actually do about it in the seat.
Most courses give you one half or the other. A pilot who explains the aircraft, or a therapist who works on the anxiety. This is both, from one person, in one room.
WHAT YOU GET
Before the day
I read your application myself and build the morning around the fears actually in the room
The morning — 3:30 hours, 10 people
Inside the aircraft: a flight walked through minute by minute
Inside your body: why a normal noise reads as danger, and why knowing the facts was never going to be enough on its own
The toolkit: practised in the room, not described on a slide
Open questions: nothing off limits
For the 30 days after
A private group with me. Message me the night before you fly, or from the gate.
A group call two weeks later, once you've actually flown.
MY GUARANTEE
If we get to the end of the morning and nothing has shifted for you, tell me before you leave and I'll refund you in full. No form to fill in. No argument. You just say it.
IF YOU CAN'T MAKE IT
Tell me as soon as you know and I'll move you to the next cohort. No charge, no questions.
If you'd rather have the money back, the seat is refundable in full up to 7 days before — that's Sunday 20 September. After that I've been turning people away to hold it for you, so I can't refund it. The move to the next cohort still stands.
If I move the date and the new one doesn't work for you, you get everything back. That one's on me.
WHY IT'S AN APPLICATION
Ten seats, and I want to know what each person is bringing so I can build the morning around the actual fears in the room. It takes two minutes.
If it isn't right for you, I'll tell you honestly and point you somewhere better.
AED 1,450 — founding cohort. Rises after this date.
