Introspection Circles: Family Constellations
Introspection Circles: Family Constellations
Environmental justice, human rights, and systems change are rarely just about the "out there." They are deeply intertwined with the "in here" - the inherited patterns, loyalties, and systemic knots we carry from our own places of origin, families and ancestral lineage.
Often, the exhaustion, burnout, or "stuckness" we feel in our work isn't just personal fatigue. It can be a reflection of unresolved, hidden systemic dynamics within our own family histories. This circle dedicated to Family Constellations offers a space to untangle those knots.
Who is this for?
This experience is designed for changemakers, activists, and community leaders who:
Feel "stuck" in repetitive emotional patterns despite their best efforts.
Carry a sense of "heavy responsibility" or guilt that feels older than their current work.
Experience eco-anxiety or climate grief as a physical weight.
Experience disrupted sleep or insomnia.
Sense that their personal history is impacting their ability to lead, rest, or collaborate.
Seek a deeper, systemic understanding of our shared humanity and healing.
What to Expect: The Family Constellations Approach
Family Constellations is a unique, experiential process that brings hidden (systemic) family dynamics to light. Unresolved traumas, grief, or shame within our family systems are often taken on unconsciously by later generations. In this circle, we use this phenomenological approach to acknowledge what has passed, release burdens that do not belong to us, and awaken new strength. By clearing old restrictions, we allow clarity, confidence, life, and love to flow more freely into our current lives and our outward work.
Aims for Our Time Together
Systemic Clarity: A new lens through which to view personal and professional challenges.
Emotional Unburdening: A tangible sense of lightness by leaving behind what is not yours to carry.
Increased Presence: The ability to stay grounded in the face of complex global crises.
Community Connection: Shared vulnerability with a "like-hearted" circle of practitioners.
