Alison JY Lee is a leadership coach and organizational psychologist passionate about leveraging technology to make leadership development fun and accessible to busy leaders and resource strapped organizations. Alison’s experience spans both internal HR leadership and external consulting. Currently, she is the learning lead at Skillfully Said, a human designed, AI powered platform that develops leadership skills through personalized feedback and play.
Sherine Kurian is a Learning and Leadership Development Lead and organizational psychologist passionate about people development. Sherine's experience spans 8 years in external consulting and the last 6 and a half years in corporate L&D roles at Adidas and N26.
