Josh Kaplan

​Josh Kaplan is the Founder and Co-CEO of Ghost, one of Los Angeles’ fastest-growing startups, leveraging real-time data to help brands optimize inventory distribution. Ghost recently raised $40 million in a Series C round led by L Catterton. Before launching Ghost, Kaplan was the CEO of New Republic, a digitally native fashion collective. He also held leadership roles at Buck Mason and United Entertainment Group. Kaplan earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Florida, a degree in Management Science & Engineering from Stanford University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Dee Murthy

Dee Murthy is a serial entrepreneur and USC Trojan (Class of 2002) with two decades in fashion and consumer. Before co-founding Ghost, he co-founded Five Four Group, Menlo Club, and the streetwear brand Young & Reckless, scaling them through direct-to-consumer, celebrity partnerships, and national retail distribution. He also built popular media platforms such as Group Chat, known for founder-level commentary on culture, commerce, and investing. At Ghost, Dee leads brand, marketplace, and growth strategy, helping premium labels place excess inventory in controlled channels without discounting their reputation.
