​​​Welcome to the third event in our series: Facilitation & Training Tools in L&D!

As facilitators, we’re always looking for tools that help people open up, reflect, and connect on a deeper level. Card decks are powerful, practical resources that help us do just that.

✨ What to expect:

We’ll kick things off with Vanesa & André by exploring a variety of card decks that help deepen conversations — from tools that uncover personal values, to decks that reveal our inner saboteurs, to pictorial cards that open space for creative reflection.

Then we’ll dive deeper with Bela & Morgane into using card decks to build emotional intelligence in our groups. How can we help participants map their emotions? Surface their triggers? Expand their emotional vocabulary?

Get ready to decode emotional intelligence in a playful way!

Expect lots of interaction and plenty of space for reflection and peer learning.

Bela Weksler is a psychologist, coach and trainer passionate about designing and implementing programs than enable and develop individuals.

Morgane Borzée is the Co-Founder and CEO of Equanima, an impact-driven startup pioneering digital and physical tools for emotional intelligence and mental wellness.
