MKTG WMN Garden Party is an intimate networking dinner for women and nonbinary marketers in the Boston area — from rising stars to established leaders.
But this isn't really a "networking dinner" in the name-tag-and-elevator-pitch sense.
We keep these dinners intentionally small because the best part is what happens once everyone actually starts talking. Career questions. Bad bosses. Big ambitions. Salary negotiations. The stuff that's working. The stuff that absolutely isn't.
People show up not knowing anyone and leave swapping numbers, making introductions, planning coffee — and, yes, occasionally hugging and crying. Our past dinners have averaged 4.5/5 stars, and they've become one of our favorite ways to bring the MKTG WMN community together IRL.
