Learning Circle - WomenLead India Alliance | DPW 2026 Closed-Door Session
About Dasra Philanthropy Week 2026, Mumbai:
As India advances toward its Viksit Bharat 2047 vision, progress will be shaped by how deeply the country listens to its communities and how intentionally philanthropy amplifies them. India for the World, World for India reflects this belief: that solutions grounded in lived experience and civil society leadership can accelerate India’s development and inspire beyond its borders. Dasra Philanthropy Week builds on this momentum by convening changemakers to elevate community insights, address systemic barriers, and drive collective action toward a more inclusive and future-ready India.
About The Session
This 'Learning Circle' brings together all 34 WomenLead India Alliance partners and key global gender organisations for shared reflection and peer learning conversation. The session is designed as a community building space where Alliance partners can come together to get updates on the Alliance, share learnings from their work, build a collective understanding of what is unfolding in the gender ecosystem and connect with one another.
The session will open with a short recap of key developments since February 2025 (the last DPW) including where the Alliance stands on its Theory of Change and MEL approach. The conversation will then shift to looking ahead, wherein partners will be invited to share their priorities for FY27 and what feels most critical for their organisations. These inputs will come together as a collective Partners’ Vision Charter for the year. Select partners will share learnings from their core gender focused work and Dasra will also present insights emerging from its key initiatives. Throughout the session, partners will be asked to reflect on opportunities to collaborate with each other & on how the Alliance can better support their work.
