The key to effective communication in diverse teams

🎬 SESSION DESCRIPTION

Have you ever wondered why communication flows easily with some members on your team, while with others it’s just frustrating and cumbersome, and you don’t seem to get each other no matter how hard you try? Almost like you’re not speaking the same language, even though - on the surface - you are?

Have you also ever wondered why it's so easy to work with some people, and with others it takes a lot of effort or even feels impossible at times?

In this interactive workshop, we’ll be  taking you on a journey to explore culture: from how culture has shaped you personally, to how it influences your way of working and communicating with others.

You’ll get to understand your unique cultural profile when it comes to communication, and how you can leverage this knowledge towards better communication and higher performance in your team.

Through a process of guided self-reflections, group discussions and real-life examples backed by research, this workshop will spark your curiosity and give you the tools to start turning some of these stuck communication situations around.
