Common Threads: How Teams Find Their Rhythm

Every team has its own rhythm – shaped by everyday habits, unspoken expectations and the ways people communicate, make decisions and support one another. But what helps teams find their flow, and what gets in the way?

This edition of Common Threads explores the everyday habits behind healthy collaboration, tapping into the collective intelligence in the room. Through candid conversation, we’ll draw on members’ varied experiences across roles, industries and functions to unpack where teamwork gets stuck and exchange rituals that have helped teams work well together.

Led by fellow members Nicole, Syaz, Prema and Denise, we’ll explore what each of us can do differently to build stronger working relationships.

Come with your perspective. Leave with someone else’s – and one thing you’re willing to put into practice.

Common Threads is a conversation series by WDHB, creating space for leaders and professionals to step outside the everyday, exchange lived experiences, and learn from the collective intelligence in the room.

At WDHB, we believe some of the most valuable learning happens when people come together around the questions that don’t have easy answers – bringing different perspectives to the table and leaving with new ways of seeing, thinking and acting.
