William Barkawi | Founder & CEO at ClearOps, Partner at Barkawi Group - Host & Moderator
With more than a decade of entrepreneurial experience, he has founded and built several companies from the ground up across Enterprise SaaS, industrial technology, real estate, and consumer products. With ClearOps, he has built a global enterprise SaaS company serving some of the world's leading industrial companies and recently raised an €8.6M Series A. At Founders Insights Night, William will share the lessons, mistakes, and realities behind turning ideas into companies and scaling them.
Marco Mielenz | Co-Founder & Managing Director, Feldwerke
Is responsible for business development and project origination. For the past three years, the team has been developing agri-photovoltaic systems with battery storage on agricultural land - bootstrapped, generating eight-figure revenue, achieving seven-figure profitability in under three years, and securing a €12 million revolving credit facility. Before founding Feldwerke, Marco was the first business hire at Sequoia-backed Tacto, where he played a key role in scaling the company from five to nearly 100 employees. In 2023, he was a Visiting Student Researcher at Stanford University, is a Manage & More Scholar at UnternehmerTUM, and was named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 list.
Simon Nuber | Founder & CEO, Medverse
Is a Munich-based founder who builds where most people don't want to: at the edge of technology and heavily regulated industries. His conviction is simple - wherever a legally mandated process is still run by hand, there's a real opening for technology, and the regulation is a tailwind rather than a barrier. Medverse is his proof of it: the company he started in 2022 and, with a deliberately lean team, grew into an eight-figure business active in 14 countries, closing the gap between theoretical learning and practical execution for medical staff, in a sector that still runs on PDFs and slides. Two things drive him: making technology genuinely useful for real users, and turning regulated environments from a constraint into an advantage. In 2026 he was named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe list in the Al category - though he's quick to point out that none of it happens solo: building the right team matters as much as the vision behind it.
Philippa Summer | Co-Founder & CEO, Eternity Health Club
Is building a brand in a market that moves fast and constantly reinvents itself. Her focus is on reading trend cycles early, making community part of the product, adapting the business as new insights emerge, and using exceptional service as a competitive moat. At Founders Insights Night, she’ll share what it takes to build a brand people genuinely identify with - while staying relevant in a market that never stops moving.
