7AM CLUB • Run & Flow

​SPANGLISH EVENT
Este jueves 4 de Junio vuelve Run & Flow a las 6:30 nos encontramos a la altura del W (puntual) para empezar el día con una sesión de running (4K) guiada por Liza Pristupova, y finalizar la sesión con una mañana de Slow Vinyasa Yoga frente al mar 🌊

​La clase tiene duración de 1 hora y no hace falta tener experiencia previa :)

​Contaremos con colaboradores como Nutisport que nos harán la mañana más amena con barritas

​Traigan su propio mat o toalla (preferiblemente mat) y muchas ganas de conectar con el cuerpo, la respiración y la energía de la naturaleza.

This Thursday 04/06 Run & Flow is back! at 6:30 am we’ll meet right in front of the W (on time!) to start the day with a 4K run guided by Liza Pristupova, followed by a Slow Vinyasa Yoga session by the sea 🌊.

​The yoga class will last one hour and is open to all levels—no experience needed :)

​We’ll also be joined by collaborators like Nutrisport, who’ll make our morning even sweeter with energy bars.

​Bring your own mat or towel (preferably mat) and a heart full of intention to connect with your body, your breath, and the energy of nature.
