Life asks a lot of us.
We give our energy to our work, our relationships, our responsibilities and the many demands of everyday life. We move from one thing to the next, often without taking the time to notice how we are feeling, what we are carrying or what we might need.
And somewhere along the way, we can lose touch with the very thing that makes us feel alive.
This month's circle is centred around REVIVE.
An invitation to reconnect with your energy, awaken your senses and rediscover the aliveness that already exists within you.
Revival isn't always about doing more or becoming someone new. Sometimes it begins with slowing down, creating space and allowing ourselves to feel again. To breathe life into the parts of ourselves that have become tired, disconnected or simply forgotten.
Through ceremonial cacao and a guided Conscious Connected Breathwork journey, we'll create space to move beyond the thinking mind and reconnect with the wisdom of the body.
We'll explore what it feels like to release what we've been carrying, make room for renewed energy and meet ourselves with curiosity, compassion and presence.
The breath offers us an opportunity to shift our internal state, explore our emotions and reconnect with our natural vitality. Cacao invites us to soften, open our hearts and deepen our connection to ourselves and those around us.
We'll close the morning with reflection and authentic conversation, allowing the experience to settle and integrate in a supportive space where everyone is welcome exactly as they are.
To revive is to remember what it feels like to be fully alive.

No previous experience with cacao or breathwork is required. All genders are warmly welcome.
