Join us for a gentle morning of connection, stillness, and renewal.
We’ll gather at Margaret Pace Park for a heart coherence meditation and Reiki experience designed to help you slow down, reset your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself in community.
Meeting place at the margaret pace will be under a tree by the dog park, next to open field.
Bring a yoga mat or towel, water, and an open heart 🤍
