Join Love On Health for Acu& Comedy — an immersive gathering that brings together holistic healing, live comedy, reflective journaling, and clinician-led integration.
Together, these elements support nervous system regulation, emotional release, clarity, and social connection as we move through the transition from Summer's joyous, fiery Heart energy into Late Summer's grounding, digestive Earth season.
Through a guided Traditional Chinese Medicine presentation, guests will explore how living in rhythm with the seasons — and processing what we're each carrying — supports both emotional and physical balance. This will be followed by guided journaling, community sharing, and ear seed treatments to anchor the evening's reset, before four lively comedians take the stage to help us release, laugh, and reconnect.
Rather than a traditional comedy show or wellness workshop, Acu& Comedy offers a creative and layered healing experience that connects to the Heart through activity, laughter, connection, and joy. This is an alcohol-free evening, held in the spirit of clarity and genuine connection.
