About Event

Come join us at this epic venue for "The Sound Healing Symphony"!

Lay down, let your nervous system relax, and let your mind travel far beyond. Walk away with a deep feeling of spaciousness!

(Musician lineup to be confirmed — more details soon.) Want an e-mail when tickets go up? Sign up at www.soundmeditationpresents.com

Arrive at 7pm. Lay down for the sound bath at 8pm.

Guests are encouraged to wear warm and comfortable clothing. Bring a bottle of water because that's always a good idea.

We recommend that you bring:

~ A yoga mat ~ Blanket ~ (Optional) Pillow for added comfort

The more comfortable you are, the deeper the experience. Create a little 'nest' to bring you deeper on your journey.

Sound Meditation (often known as 'sound healing') is the practice of listening to soothing sounds to reach profound states of clarity and relaxation. It opens up deep meditative states that are usually unreachable without considerable effort.

During the event, participants lie down and are bathed head to toe in sound— it's a very hypnotic, ethereal experience.

You will come away with a clear mind and a deeper appreciation for the wonder of sound. We strongly recommend this event for people who have trouble meditating, or feel like they just "can't get there." Give this a try!

——

Our symphony is typically conducted by Guy Douglas, and features an array of amazing & talented musicians on gongs, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, Native American flutes, Didgeridoo, Celtic Harp, Monochord, Vibraphone and so much more. Full lineup for this Seattle show to be announced soon.

Want to attend but cannot afford to? email us. There are volunteer opportunities so you can join in.
