Workshop: Operational Readiness for High-Stakes Work

​This Workshop is a hands-on, 60-minute skill-building workshop for anyone who carries the weight of keeping themselves or their people resilient and engaged led by Adherence Support at uCity Square.

​Participants learn and practice a three-step regulation tool in a simulated scenario based on a real situation from their own work before the session ends. Everyone leaves with a step-by-step guide and a fill-in template for using the skill independently after the session.
