Hugs & Harmonies: An evening of hug healing and medicine music
Join us in practicing the ancient art of the Hug and basking in its powers of Unity, Connection & Presence, followed by a sweet offering of medicine music.
The HUGS 🫂
We'll begin with a guided, mindful, consent-based, non-sensual hugging practice (while standing) with partners and as a group led by Billy Bob and Sunray, Hug Healing facilitators.

The intention is to help create authentic connection, awaken compassion, and relax the nervous system (among other healing benefits) through this form of safe touch/embrace.
The practice will include eating love-infused cacao to support a heart opening experience.
The HARMONIES 🎶
After the Hug Healing session, drop further into presence and good vibes through the medicine songs and rhythms offered and guided by Mary Sol and Michael Jaguar.
