​Beyond his work at Red Circle, Mike is deeply committed to education and community development.He serves on the boards of St. Francis de Sales High School and the Big Shoulders Fund, championing educational opportunities for underserved youth in Chicago. In addition to his board roles, Mike teaches sophomores and juniors at St. Francis de Sales, sharing his extensive recruiting expertise with students while staying connected to his roots.
