Take 4 weeks this summer to recharge your battery with mindfulness and prep for life's constant changes.
Join a 4-week Intro to Mindfulness class — evidence-based and specifically tailored to the unique needs and experiences of young adults (18–35). Adults of all ages who are curious about mindfulness are welcome!
In 4 weeks, you'll learn to:
Understand what mindfulness is — and the science behind why it works
Practice core techniques: breathwork, body scan & walking meditation
Work with difficult thoughts & emotions through non-judgmental awareness
Calm stress & anxiety using guided imagery and other tools
Begin building a mindfulness practice that can stick
One registration covers all 4 sessions.
The MIEA app is included. The book is not required but strongly recommended for the full experience — borrow it free from your local or academic library: https://search.worldcat.org/title/964820960
Sessions meet weekly via Zoom, so your physical location doesn't matter as long as it fits your schedule! Space is limited — register early!
