About Event

As the year comes to a close, it's easy to carry old stories and limiting beliefs into the next season, especially the roles we learned to play in our earliest relationships. The Reframe is a 4-hour intimate wellness experience and creative gathering led by therapist, author, and creator of The Siblinghood Theory, Minaa B., designed to help you understand the origins of your limiting beliefs, the patterns you engage in that keep you feeling stuck, and learn ways to reframe the roles you play in your relationships and choose new beliefs that align with your goals.

Through guided discussion, reflection, and a hands-on creative activity, you'll:

  • Discover your relational blueprint and how early relational experiences shaped the roles you still play today in your relationships

  • Identify limiting beliefs rooted in survival strategies, and practice reframing them

  • Learn practical techniques for building self-esteem, boundaries, and confidence

  • Create a personalized memory frame as a visual reminder of who you're choosing to become

  • Connect with others exploring similar patterns in a supportive space

What’s Included?

  • All materials provided for your personalized memory frame (bring a small photo or keepsake if you'd like for your frame)

  • Light bites and beverages

Important Info

  • Spots are limited to ensure an intimate gathering. RSVP as early as possible.
