Presence is the most precious gift we can offer another person. In this 60-minute immersion, we explore what authentic human connection and interaction actually means - moving into real resonance. Through partner work we'll rebuild the ability to deeply connect with yourself and others.

You'll leave this session with an understanding of how your embodied presence is medicine for yourself and others.
