Panelists:
Shruti Kuber: The co-founder of CapitalSnapshot, a financial tool that gets early-stage founders investor-ready. Over 12 years in startups, she has worked across product, growth, and venture capital. She also runs PitchBazaar, a community connecting Desi founders to the European startup ecosystem. Based in Berlin, she is an active voice in the Indo-German founder space.
Tushar Ahluwalia: Born and raised in Düsseldorf, is Founder and CEO of GeneralMind, building a system of action that solves human-as-glue work outside ERP systems. Previously, he built Razor Group in Berlin into a unicorn. He brings a founder's perspective on scaling companies and applying Al to automate the messy workflows businesses still run manually at scale.
Nia Rakheja: Co-Founder and CEO of Drift, an AI-native legaltech platform pairing people with immigration lawyers in Germany. She took Drift from zero to six-figure case volume with no ads, a 100% success rate, and zero churn, and raised €327K from leading impact fund Unconventional Ventures. Before Drift she ran growth across consumer and marketplace brands in Europe, the US, and India. She is from Delhi, built her early career in Bangalore, and now builds in Berlin while completing an Executive MBA at ESMT.
Pooja Sur Saha: Founder of SkillPlatz, a Berlin-based Edtech platform connecting parents with high-quality extracurricular and academic learning experiences. With over 18 years of experience in Tech Leadership and Program Management across global organizations like Amazon, Dell R&D, she brings deep expertise in building scalable, impact-driven solutions. Passionate about empowering University students with a tutoring side hustle, she is also a strong advocate for women founders and cross-cultural entrepreneurship in Europe.
