​Alongside her corporate career, Rachael is the founder of Femme Force, a platform dedicated to amplifying women’s voices and stories through podcasting, speaking, and storytelling. Femme Force was created to spotlight women who lead, build, pivot, and persevere, especially in industries where they are often underrepresented.

​Rachael serves on nonprofit boards, speaks on leadership and resilience, and is currently completing her MBA. Her work sits at the intersection of security, leadership, and empowerment, with a focus on helping women claim space, use their voice, and build lives that feel both powerful and intentional.
