​After six weeks of gathering with our Las Vegas community, Sunset Sounds is making its way to Southern California 🤎

​What began as a community-led series to close out a sweet summer together in Las Vegas is now making its way to The Healing House in Brea for three special Wednesday evenings.

​Join us for Sunset Sounds — a community gathering designed to help us transition out of the day, reconnect with ourselves, and spend a little more intentional time together.

​As the evening begins, we’ll move through intentional breathwork, followed by a grounding sound bath with crystal singing bowls designed to help the body soften, the mind settle, and create space for rest.

​No experience needed. No pressure. Simply come as you are and settle in.

​Our hope is for Sunset Sounds to become a simple evening ritual — a place to decompress from the day, reconnect with ourselves, and share space with others.

​Free Community Offering + Refundable Deposit 🎟️

​Sunset Sounds is offered as a free community experience.

​Because space at The Healing House is limited, a $5 refundable reservation deposit is collected at registration to help reserve spaces for guests who are committed to attending.

​Your $5 deposit will be refunded after you check in and attend the gathering.

​If you can no longer join us, please cancel your registration at least 24 hours in advance so your space may be offered to someone else in the community. Late cancellations and no-shows will forfeit the deposit.

​Each Sunset Sounds gathering requires its own RSVP. Registering for one evening does not automatically reserve your space for the other sessions.

​If you'd like to further support our community programming, there is also an optional donation benefiting All Who Meditate. There is never an expectation to contribute financially beyond your refundable reservation deposit, and no donation is required to attend 🤍

​Sunset Sounds will take place indoors at The Healing House.

​While we may not literally be watching the sunset together, Sunset Sounds is about that transition point in the day — a moment to move from doing into being, from movement into stillness, and from the outside world back into yourself.

​What to Bring 🎒

​Come as you are and wear comfortable clothing that allows you to fully relax.

​The Healing House will provide yoga mats, pillows, and blankets as needed, so you don't need to bring your own unless you have something you especially love using.

​You're welcome to bring:

​✦ A water bottle
✦ An eye mask
✦ Your favorite pillow or blanket
✦ Anything else that helps you feel comfortable and supported

​Please arrive 5–10 minutes early so you have time to check in, get comfortable, and settle into the space before we begin.

​Is Sunset Sounds really free?
Yes. Sunset Sounds is a free community offering. The $5 collected during registration is a refundable reservation deposit, not an admission fee. It will be returned after you attend and check in.

​Why is there a $5 deposit?
Our space is intimate and capacity is limited. The refundable deposit helps us reduce last-minute no-shows and makes it easier to offer available spaces to others who would like to attend.

​Do I have to attend all three weeks?
Not at all. Each Sunset Sounds gathering stands on its own. Come whenever you can. You will need to RSVP separately for each date you'd like to attend.

​Do I need experience with breathwork or sound baths?
Not at all. Everything is designed to be gentle, accessible, and approachable for beginners.

​Do I need to bring a yoga mat?
No. The Healing House has yoga mats, pillows, and blankets available for you. You're always welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

​Can I bring my kids?
Sunset Sounds at The Healing House is designed as an adult community experience. Unlike our original Las Vegas series, these indoor Brea gatherings are not family-friendly.

​Can I come alone?
Absolutely. We hope Sunset Sounds can be an easy place to meet new people while also giving you permission to simply arrive and have your own experience.

​Do I need to stay for the entire hour?
We encourage you to stay for the full experience whenever possible, especially to minimize disruptions during the sound bath. We understand that life happens; if you need to leave early, we simply ask that you do so quietly.

​Is this therapy or medical treatment?
Sunset Sounds is a recreational community wellness experience and is not medical care, mental health treatment, physical therapy, or a substitute for professional healthcare. Please listen to your body and participate only to the extent that feels appropriate for you.

​Photography + Media 📸

​Photos and video may be captured during Sunset Sounds to share moments from our community through House of Honey Belle and The Healing House's websites, social media, email, and other promotional channels.

​If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please let us know when you arrive. We’ll make every reasonable effort to respect your preference and keep you out of identifiable photos or video.

​Sunset Sounds is hosted by Iris + Calvin of House of Honey Belle and The Healing House.

​House of Honey Belle is a lifestyle and wellness brand creating intentional experiences, rituals, and spaces that invite people to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and build meaningful connection with others.

​We believe wellness doesn't have to be complicated or inaccessible. Sometimes it can simply look like gathering in a room, taking a breath, lying down, and allowing yourself to be still.

​After spending six weeks sharing Sunset Sounds with our Las Vegas community, we're grateful to bring this little ritual back home to Southern California and continue gathering at The Healing House.
