Tea Ceremony with Nanjing Deng - Soul Collective x White Label Project
White Label Project x Soul Collective are pleased to welcome you for a deep journey of tea and sound, with a guided meditation, a moment to observe our bodies, minds and spirits, reflect, and nourish ourselves with the healing medicine of Sheng Pu-erh Tea from the Lincang region of China.
Inspired by the Tang Dynasty poem 七碗茶歌 “Seven Cups of Tea,” we will move through 7 different layers of experience, first sensing the body, then lifting into realms beyond, as the tea guides us higher and higher.
Let the harmony of sound and tea awaken your spirit.
Come as you are, and let’s create something beautiful in the simplicity of being.
What to expect:
Guided meditation with elements of sound healing
7 cups of tea ceremony
Goodie bags with gifts from our sponsors This Place, Kruut, Sunday Natural and Yoshi En
About the tea
Sheng Pu-erh Tea is made from leaves of mature tea trees grown at an altitude of 1800m in Lincang, China, a tea region known for its smooth teas.
Our tea ceremony is made possible by our sponsors Yoshi En and their commitment to sourcing the world’s finest organic teas.
