Real meat. Real food. The way humans were built to eat. Every Primal Dinner is centered on a high-quality protein with whole food apps and sides. Nothing processed, nothing artificial.
We eat family style, shared plates in the middle of the table, and if you want to eat with your hands... I won't judge you.

The Primal Dinner exists to get past the surface. You're here because you want to go deeper.
Every dinner has a theme. July 7th: Intentional Living.
While I cook you will have time to socialize with everyone, conversation prompts will be available if you need them. Before we eat I'll give a short talk on what intentional living means to me. We eat, we shoot the shit, and at the end of dinner we have a roundtable. An opportunity for everyone to share with the group.
July 7th details:

Doors open at 6pm — wrapped by 9pm
14 seats max. First come, first serve
Men and women are welcome
The price will be kept close to cost
Bonus: I teach Primal Yoga at 4:30pm. Come move first, then we eat. Full Primal Experience!
