Spend the day learning how to make sourdough from starter to finished loaf.
This full-day workshop covers the fundamentals behind a good sourdough loaf — understanding and maintaining your starter, preparing and handling your dough, fermentation, shaping, scoring, and baking.
You’ll work through the process, learn what to look for at each stage, and get a better understanding of why sourdough behaves the way it does (because apparently flour and water can also have moods).
