TMC Summer Summit
Join us for the inaugural TMC Summer Summit in Manhattan on Wednesday, June 24th It will be a full day in a Flatiron loft for the TMC community to do what we do best: real conversations, working sessions, and time to actually be with one another.
We're organizing the program around a dual theme: optimizing the people you lead, and optimizing yourself. Both halves of the work senior talent leaders actually do.
For the people side, Chatham Sullivan is leading a working session on how AI is changing the way we measure the impact of leadership development programs — what's possible now that wasn't possible eighteen months ago, and what to be skeptical of. Over lunch, the team behind SuperSherlock, an AI coaching platform, will share how clients are deploying their technology to sustain growth from learning and development programs.
For the yourself side, Christine Scordato is running a workshop on the Risk Type Compass, exploring how individual risk tolerance and style shape team dynamics and decision-making. Attendees who'd like to take the assessment beforehand will receive instructions a week ahead and a complimentary report (retail $95). We'll also do a working session on systems thinking — the kind of tool senior leaders reach for when the problem in front of them is bigger than the function they run.
The rest of the day is what you'd expect from us: bagels and coffee at 9, getting-to-know-you exercises that are actually useful, a real lunch, and meaningful time to be in conversation with peers without an agenda.
