About Event

Join us at City Hall as we mobilize to ensure our community is no longer invisible in city data. We are advocating for the passage of Intro T2026-0155, a vital bill to track suicide reporting, while ensuring that "Veteran Status" is formally included in its requirements. Without specific data, the city cannot properly allocate the mental health resources our at-risk members deserve. We need a strong turnout to show the Council that passing this bill with veteran-specific oversight is the only way to effectively save lives.

For those ready to serve as a voice, we are looking for members to provide formal testimony. Please arrive in business professional attire to represent the professionalism of our community as you share why this legislation is a life-saving necessity. If you prefer to show your support through presence, we need you to help us pack the room. We ask that you wear your military or veteran-themed attire (branch hats, unit shirts, or organization gear) to create a visual wall of solidarity that the Council cannot ignore.
