The Structure (45 min):
Open Up (15 min) One member shares their current creative challenge, project roadblock, or business question. Real, unfiltered, no small talk.
Fresh Perspective (15 min) The other member listens, then offers their unique viewpoint. Not advice-giving, but perspective-sharing.
Clear Path Forward (15 min) Together, they map out tangible next steps. One specific action each person can take.
