​Join us at Project Latte, Staten Island's experiential beverage studio, for a relaxed, hands-on evening where you'll learn the fundamentals of ceremonial matcha preparation while creating your own drinks from start to finish.

​Throughout the workshop, we'll explore the history of matcha, the differences between ceremonial and culinary grades, proper preparation techniques, essential tools, whisking methods, water temperature, common mistakes, and tips for achieving a smooth, balanced cup every time.

​Rather than simply watching a demonstration, you'll be making matcha yourself alongside our instructor in a small-group environment where questions and conversation are encouraged.
