The Anatomy of (Claude) Skills
Participants learn what a Claude Agent Skill is, how Claude discovers it, and how the different tiers apply, then build a working Skill live from one of their own recurring tasks. Skills turn a workflow that lives in one person's habits into a shared, reusable file a whole team can pick up, so the same quality of output stops depending on who wrote the prompt.

Understand what a Claude Agent Skill is, how Claude discovers and loads it, and how the different tiers apply
Know when to write a Skill versus a prompt, an MCP server or a subagent
Have a working Skill built from one of your own tasks, plus a checklist and templates to build the next one
This workshop is ideal for:
Product managers, business analysts and other product people who already use Claude and want to turn their repeated prompts into reusable Skills; no coding background required
